Montrose is an international development project management and consultancy company providing support to clients operating in the developing world. Montrose currently implements projects across Africa and Asia and is looking to grow this portfolio and diversify our client base in the coming years.
To meet the growing demand as we expand out portfolio of projects, we are seeking to grow our pool of experts to provide high-quality technical leadership to the development and delivery of education projects, which may be delivered in-country particularly in Africa, Asia and Europe, but with the potential to be in any country globally and/or remotely.
We are seeking experts with a wide range of experience across the education sector including:
- Early childhood education and development
- Gender and inclusion within education and social protection
- Education systems strengthening and leadership development (particularly gender focused)
- Curriculum design and implementation, particularly foundational learning and accelerated learning/remedial education programmes
- Teacher training and continuous professional development
- Education in crisis/conflict settings
- Education technology (EdTech)
- Technical and vocational Education Training (TVET)
Experts ideally will have internationally, but nationally experts are also sought, with a strong focus on FCDO priority countries and protracted crisis and fragile states, but not limited to this. We are also seeking experts with a range of experience from 5 years to 15+ years. Minimum qualification for national experts is an undergraduate degree, from international experts a Master’s degree.
